Leash Babies and Tumbling Jokes
Today, near my apartment here in Japan, I saw a woman walking her toddler around on a leash....... *grumble grumble* The toddler didn't seem to mind too much, anyway. (._____.)

But I'm actually writing because I mean to do a few things! FIRST!!! I need this reminder to get my 2010 Happenings List up!!! I guess it's a bit late after the new year, but something I haven't done in a while that I love doing is composing a list of all the good happenings I had in my life after an old year ends and a new one begins! Because my laptop died (T_____T), I haven't gotten the chance to do it properly yet, but when I do, who thinks they'd be interested in doing one too???

Believe me, it's amazing how much of a pick-me-up that kind of thing is! ^^;; And the best part is that it works as a kind of time capsule/memory book. When you go back and read through everything, it's like you can be taken back to the moment it happened. <3

So anyway, I'm actually writing to share some silly graphics I made for my sister's Tumbling Roleplay. I play Ryosuke on there (it's a great community of people and writers, if anyone is interested (^_<)), and I have a running joke for this sub-charact.....Ah nevermind. Too much to explain. For anyone who likes Tumbling, here's some spoof images I made for the community. I think I'm gonna keep making more, if only because screencapping random scenes and not so creatively putting phrases and things over them is a great time waster fun!

Hahaha, so....ENJOY!

Heh... it's only a makeshift version of baby reins, though, isn't it? ^ ^ Reins (those that fitted round the kiddie's upper body like a harness) were very popular when I was little. And were great, in that a) if my mother otherwise had her hands full with shopping bags and couldn't hold my hand, she could just loop the reins around her wrist and know I was safe and couldn't run off, and b) I was saved from falling flat on my face numerous times.

Hehehe, I guess it's a /bit/ like that, though the part that got me was that it was around the baby's neck! >< Just kind of scary, I guess!!! It seems as bad as giving a baby a plastic bag to play with, ya know? *shivers* I do remember hearing about the baby reigns, though. *giggles* I guess those come quite in handy. Were you one of those babies who always wanted to explore??? *knows the feeling* XD I was a nosebag!

I was curious about things around me - although I wasn't a 'grabby' child. I was good at other people's houses, because I'd walk around and look at things, but not touch until my mother or the person we were visiting said it was okay. ^ ^

I did walk a little late, so the reins were handy until I was steadier on my feet.

Oh my goodness, but that sounds so cute. XD And at least you got to be curious without getting in trouble! Actually it sounds to me like you were much more of a good child than a bad, don't you think? XD The reins might have helped you a bit (I just realized I wrote "reigns" in my previous comment, hahahaha, I guess you were a baby queen! XP), but I bet they've been needed for much more badly-behaved kids. :P
